As noted in other correspondence, the community is alive and once again beginning to prosper. As we’re all aware, the Clubhouse, as one of the major assets of La Jolla, was close to being completed by the original developer. As a formal association, we now we have the opportunity to work towards finishing the area the way we want… and begin to fully enjoy all of the hard assets of our premier community. With your help, we can make a difference. Let's create a community center that everyone can enjoy and truly adds to the Beach Club experience. Let's get started !
The Common Area Committee:Our objective is to invite charter members of the community to form a committee with the mission of focusing on the clubhouse, pool and spa, security gates and other common areas. Specifically, this group will be chartered with the responsibility to finalize the site plan for the pool / clubhouse area, prioritize projects and direct the construction process to finish out these facilities. Included in this effort will be setting a direction on an electrical power strategy for all common areas. The committee will also evaluate and make recommendations on proposals for construction of other common areas (including additional pool plans). Once approved, this committee shall be responsible to implement the ongoing common area improvement plan as approved by the board and membership. Sign up NOW to be on this or any other committee.
