Our very own board member, David Livingston, unfortunately cannot attend our Nov
30th meeting due to a scheduling conflict. Dave graciously offered to try
out the power-of-attorney process before everyone else, just to make sure we
understood the process. Below, are both his power-of-attorney form and the
apostille. Note that YOUR power of attorney should specify Dave Crum (or
an owner you designate) as the person you grant your power of attorney.
