Playa La Jolla Beach Club A.C. - Public Site

Each new member of the Beach Club must sign an official "commitment" letter, agreeing to abide by the By-laws and Internal Regulations of the Association.  Note:  all members fully represented at the Nov 30 Constitutive General Assembly do NOT need to go through this process.

The board has now published 2 copies of this commitment letter.  New members can either:

1.  Sign in the United States or Canada:

    A.  Print the English Version, fill it out (but do NOT sign it until you are in front of a Notary)

    B.  Sign the form in front of a U.S. Notary Public and two witnesses

    C.  Apply for an Apostille

    D.  Send both forms to the Association mailing address:  4003 E. Speedway, Suite 111, Tucson, AZ 85712

2.  Sign in Mexico

    A.  Print the Spanish Version, fill it out (but do NOT sign it until you are in front of a Notario)

    B.  Sign the form in front of a Mexican Notario and two witnesses

    C.  Send this form to the Association mailing address:  4003 E. Speedway, Suite 111, Tucson, AZ 85712
