These were formally approved on November, 2002 at the formation meeting.

Below is a history of recent correspondence sent to all homeowners.
If you are receiving your statements via e-mail, all correspondence will
also be delivered the same way. This is the preferred way to receive
information since it is much more cost-effective for the association and
is much faster. If you receive paper statements via snail-mail, you
will also get printed correspondence, although it will only generally be
once-a-month.
Please make sure we have a current e-mail address for you
so that you get association news as fast as possible!
