Since our 2002 formation, the Board has been hard at work in a number of areas.
Our first priority was to transition and improve the
monthly services, to insure our community moves forward in this area.
Another critical area has been developing and implementing a plan for the
various common areas within the development.
The Board has currently begun two major efforts in the "Beach Community
Center" - otherwise known as the clubhouse and pool areas.
1. We have also been working to close off the road between the pool and
clubhouse, and continue to develop the "Beach Community Center" site.
Below are some pics of this year's progress. Painting will be done soon
and this phase will be completed!

2. We have been working on the power situation - implementing a full
generator, inverter & batteries solution that will provide substantial, reliable
power for this site. Below are some recent photographs of the power room
(click on the photos to see larger versions).

16 new batteries provide power when the generator is not running.
As you can see, some wiring still needs the final hookups.

3. There has been quite a bit of work on this inside of the clubhouse.
Recently, the center pillars had their mosaic completed.
