Welcome to Playa La Jolla Beach Club A.C., the new Owner's Association for the Playa La Jolla Development in Puerto Peñasco! This clubsite is the PUBLIC portion of the Association website.

Annual meeting - November, 2008: The Playa La Jolla Beach Club annual owner's meeting will be held this year on November 1, 2008 at 2:00 pm. There will be time after the meeting to socialize with your neighbors. The club will provide chips, salsa and guacamole along with some beverages.   You are welcome to bring additional appetizers to share.

Please RSVP to Sue Leibold (email to: info@rockypointvacations.com , or phone (928) 369-9969) by Oct 20 to let her know if you will be able to attend and how many will be in your group. She needs to have an idea of how many will be there in order to buy the food and beverage.  If you cannot attend, please use these forms to get your proxy vote counted!  If signing in the US, you must get an Apostille as well.

Our Mission

The Beach Club is responsible for providing the services to the owners in the Playa La Jolla Development.   We are budgeting improvements to the equipment, services, and common areas - all with the purpose of recreating the vision of this upscale community on the best beach in Mexico. 

This is an exciting time for our community.  If you already own property in Playa La Jolla, you should agree that our future is quite exciting - make sure you're part of it and realize the value of your investment!

What each Owner needs to Do - RIGHT NOW!

Each owner in Playa La Jolla needs to:

1. Insure the Association has current contact information (if you haven't been getting our newsletters, we don't know where you are)
2. Insure your association account is current, with all monthly dues and the special assessment paid (as an association of owners, this only works if EVERYONE pays their fair share).  See the Members page to make sure your name is there!
3. Keep current on the Beach Club happenings
4. Help the Board make contact with and help the Non-members to understand the value of being a part of (and contributing to) the Beach Club
